Prominent and well-established plaintiff’s personal injury law firm, located in midtown Manhattan, seeking an admitted attorney with personal injury experience. Responsibilities will include managing a caseload from case inception through trial, including client intake, depositions, court appearances, motions, settlement negotiations and trial.
Must have experience taking and defending depositions, drafting motions and appearing in court in the New York City boroughs. Must be admitted in New York and possess excellent writing and oratory skills.
