• Advise clients on breach response strategies

• Assist with compliance, regulatory issues, and risk assessments related to data protection laws

• Conduct legal research and draft legal memoranda, agreements, and policies

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data security incident management

• Maintain current knowledge of evolving data privacy laws and regulations

Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant legal experience in data privacy and cybersecurity

• Demonstrated experience handling data breach response matters

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

• Strong organizational and time-management abilities

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Must be licensed and in good standing with at least one U.S. state bar
