A typical day for an Attorney at firm; Trial Attorneys involves client communication, taking and defending depositions, research and drafting, leading mediations, developing case strategies, and taking cases to trial. Our Trial Lawyers handle cases from intake through settlement or jury verdict. Should have 2+ years of experience practicing personal injury or civil litigation; Should be Licensed and in good standing with the Alabama State Bar; Should have Experience drafting and responding to motions; Should have Substantial knowledge of Rules of Civil Procedure and Rules of Evidence.
