Medical Malpractice Paralegal

Candidate will work directly with an attorney in our Medical Malpractice Department in a fun, fast-paced office environment. Will include preparing discovery responses, medical summaries, client and expert relations, mediation preparation and trial work (unlike many, we actually try cases!). Must have 3+ years of experience in medical malpractice litigation in Florida, with strong computer and keyboarding skills and knowledge of Word and Excel.
