The candidate will provide effective and reliable legal services to clients and supervising attorneys. Will provide thorough factual and legal research and analysis in pleadings, memoranda, and other written documents. Draft pleadings and other case documents. Attend hearings, manage matters from commencement to final resolution, and competently and professionally communicate with clients and supervising attorneys. Should have strong experience and skills in all stages of litigation. Knowledge of federal and California state court practice experience preparing answers, motions, and other filings needed. Experience handling hearings and depositions and significant case management experience are essential.
