Duties

• Analyze insurance policies and draft coverage opinions.
• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda.
• Draft and review pleadings, briefs, and motions.
• Prepare correspondence to opposing counsel and other parties.
• Attend depositions, hearings, and mediations as required.

Requirements

• Admitted to practice in California; additional states are an asset.
• 6+ years of experience in complex insurance coverage litigation.
• Experience in commercial general liability and federal court.

Education

• Excellent academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in California.

Skills

• Excellent legal research, writing, and communication skills.
