Duties:

• Represent clients throughout the entirety of a personal injury matter, from case initiation to settlement or trial.
• Prepare and draft legal documents related to personal injury claims.
• Negotiate settlements on behalf of clients.
• Comply with all legal standards, regulations, and professional responsibility rules.
• Perform administrative and management functions related to legal practice.
• Engage in professional networking to expand the client base.

Requirements:

• 5-10 years of experience in plaintiff's personal injury law.
• Familiarity with necessary legal documents and procedures for litigating personal injury claims.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Jury trial and arbitration experience.
• Proven negotiating skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and maintain strong client relationships.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Initiative to network and bring in new business.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active member of the Pennsylvania State Bar.
