The candidate must have prior experience with tracking billable hours is preferred. Must have direct contact with the Firm’s municipal clients. Must be able to practice law in Michigan. Litigation experience required, including discovery, depositions, and motion practice. Prior municipal experience preferred. Real estate experience and labor negotiations preferred. Must be a graduate of an accredited law school. Must have strong writing and communication skills.
