This role involves providing legal counsel on complex financial transactions, corporate debt restructurings, and related litigation matters. The ideal candidate will have strong litigation experience within an Am-Law 100 firm and demonstrate excellent writing skills and attention to detail.

Duties

• Handle litigation matters related to finance and restructuring.

• Provide strategic legal counsel on complex financial transactions and corporate debt restructurings.

• Conduct legal research and draft memoranda, pleadings, and motions.

• Represent clients in court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.

• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple offices on litigation strategies.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of litigation experience within an Am-Law 100 firm.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

• Excellent writing and communication skills.

• High attention to detail and ability to manage multiple cases.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Must be licensed to practice law in the jurisdiction where the position is based or be eligible for admission.
