Senior Director of Contracts - Procurement
The candidate will develop a world class organization, with deep bench talent, redundancies in skill sets and an agnostic model to support each of the businesses. Lead global team of procurement contracting professional to provide support on all procurement contracts. Develop agnostic support model. Implement full leverage of the new CLM tool, Leap. Develop world class metrics and analytics. Develop and maintain strong working relationships with customers at all levels of their organizations. Ensure compliance with all laws, corporate policies, regulations and procedures. Focus on continual improvement in the speed, quality, and simplicity of contract formation and management processes, without compromising compliance. Bachelor’s degree, Juris Doctorate, LL.M., MBA or other related graduate degrees is required. Should have 7+ years of experience in contract management, governance, or learning fields. Experience developing or leading standardization initiatives is required. Experience in leading extensive process automation or similar function transformation projects is required. Six Sigma Greenbelt certification is preferred.
