Senior Business Development Coordinator

Duties: The candidate will provide high-level support to members of the Business Development team, including assistance related to developing and driving practice and department strategic plans and budgets. Prepare pitches and proposals for prospective and existing clients with guidance from Business Development Managers and Proposal managers. Customize strategic proposal content for target audiences, drafting original content, such as detailed executive summaries, cover letters, and other tailored proposal materials with minimal input. Serve as a go-to for highly tailored and specialized proposals. Maintain and track proposal statuses, outcomes, and related client/prospect data. Create, proofread, and revise PowerPoints and other communication materials for attorney speaking engagements, presentations, and pitch opportunities. Conduct research on clients, prospects, industries, conferences, and membership organizations. Summarize findings into clear, presentable formats. Confer with attorneys and staff throughout the firm to secure information relevant to proposals, conferences, speaking engagements, and other business development projects. Assist with capturing, drafting, tracking, and updating representative firm experience. Manage long-term Business Development projects. Coordinate sponsorship logistics, serving as the secondary firm contact for sponsorship organizations; preparing and shipping materials; and providing occasional onsite support. Assists with onsite logistics for firm events and other Marketing Department-related support work, as assigned.
