Immigration Lawyer

The candidate will assist us primarily with EB-5 investor visas, L-1/EB-1C intra company transferees, and other business immigration work. Strongly prefer prior experience with employment-based immigration law, but will consider recent graduates with strong interest in immigration law, excellent writing and communication skills, and ability to pay close attention to detail. Fluency in reading, writing, and speaking Korean or Vietnamese is potentially helpful.
