IT Trainer

The candidate will be responsible for the design, development and delivery of training on the Firm’s computer desktop configuration and business applications. Will work closely with IT, Human Resources and Professional Development team members to manage, customize and maintain training materials and resources for firm’s end user computing environment, deliver new attorney and staff computer training, identify the need for, organize and deliver group training classes, and manage and maintain the Firm’s Learning Management System. Also provide backup support to the Helpdesk on a regular basis, working as an additional member of this team. Should preferably have experience in a helpdesk function or other time-critical client services organization, have the ability to easily develop a rapport with users, have a pleasant phone voice and desk-side manner, excellent listening skills, possess the ability to lead the user to a solution though one-on-one guidance and be responsive to urgent support requests with strong follow-up skills. Experience creating computer based training videos with screen recording tools required. Four-year college degree or equivalent experience also required.
