Talent Acquisition Coordinator
The candidate will support high-volume interview scheduling for attorney and business services recruitment. Will update job templates and collaborate with the talent acquisition team on posting jobs on the firm's website and various external job boards. Support the on-campus interview (OCI) process, including recruitment. Assist in coordinating callback interviews, including monitoring correspondence and ensuring that travel and hotel arrangements are made for the students and interviewers. Assist with the coordination of the summer program events and assignment workflow. Assist with campus outreach. Correspond with recruiting agencies and applicants regarding open roles. Process background checks and partner with the vendor to address issues and/or expedite the process. Assist with drafting and tracking search firm agreements. Assist with organizing all recruiting vendor agreements and agency placement fees. Process recruitment and placement invoices for payment in the expense management system. Assist with the management of various recruitment-related spreadsheets and tracking of relevant information including recruiting and hiring costs. Support and oversee summer associate onboarding process and training programs. Submit expense reports for payment.
