A law firm seeks a pre-litigation attorney to serve as a Pre-Suit Attorney in their growing Nashville, TN office. The role involves managing pre-litigation work and guiding clients through the case process, focusing primarily on personal injury cases, including premises liability.

Duties

• Handle all pre-litigation work daily
• Complete the Flip-to-Lit approval process
• Guide clients through the case process
• Draft and file pre-litigation documents
• Complete TD approval for liability issues
• Oversee settlement negotiations and demand package formation
• Manage the release approval process
• Lead a team of 6-10 Case Managers
• Drive compliance and KPIs among the team
• Conduct EUOs, PIP Statements, and recorded statements

Requirements

• Law degree from a fully accredited law school
• Active member in good standing with the TN State Bar Association
• 2+ years of personal injury experience
• Ability to manage a high volume of pre-litigation cases
• Excellent client service and communication skills
• Strong leadership skills
• Self-starter driven by long-term career goals
• Superior writing and oral advocacy skills
• Desire to become part of a trial team

Education

• Law degree from an accredited institution

Certifications

• Active membership with the TN State Bar Association
