Duties:

• Represent clients in a broad range of family law matters, including divorce, custody, support, and domestic violence cases

• Appear in court for hearings, trials, and settlement conferences

• Draft pleadings, motions, declarations, and legal correspondence

• Manage case strategy and client communications with minimal supervision

• Conduct legal research and prepare case summaries

• Collaborate with team members to ensure effective and timely case handling

• Maintain organized case files and track deadlines and filings

Requirements:

• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience practicing family law in California

• Demonstrated courtroom litigation experience in family law matters

• Proficiency in drafting complex legal documents

• Strong case management and organizational abilities

• Ability to handle a high-volume caseload with attention to detail

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the State Bar of California
