A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney - Litigation in Fort Washington, Pennsylvania. Duties

• Handle all aspects of litigation, including pleadings, discovery, motions, depositions, and trial preparation.
• Work on a mix of commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and related matters.
• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft clear, persuasive legal documents.
• Communicate effectively with clients, courts, and colleagues.
• Collaborate within a collegial and supportive team environment.

Requirements

• License in good standing to practice law in Pennsylvania.
• 4-6 years of relevant litigation experience.
• Experience in commercial litigation and real estate law/litigation, or a strong interest in real estate matters.
• Familiarity with Pennsylvania and Federal Rules of Civil Procedure and litigation practice.
• Willingness to work primarily in-office, with one remote day per week available after six months.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar.
