Duties

• Represent lenders or borrowers in sophisticated real estate debt transactions.
• Engage in acquisition, mezzanine, construction financings, refinancings, and loan modifications.
• Draft and review core transaction documents.
• Manage transactions from inception through closing and post-closing.

Requirements

• Three or more years of relevant experience.
• Ability to navigate complex subject matter quickly and effectively.
• Ambition, drive, and team-orientation to support national practice growth.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Active bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice.
