Duties

• Handle consumer and commercial loan documentation.
• Manage workouts, collections, and lending law compliance.
• Engage in commercial bankruptcy cases and loan workouts.
• Interact significantly with clients.
• Demonstrate strong writing, analytical, and litigation skills.
• Generate business opportunities.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of experience in commercial bankruptcy and loan workouts.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in Maryland.
• Ability to meet a minimum of 1,500 billable hours annually.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in Maryland or eligibility for admission.
