Litigation Partner

Profile

A law firm in Worcester is seeking a Litigation Partner with 7-10 years of experience to handle complex cases involving construction losses, product liability, fire losses, premises liability, and liquor liability through trial. The ideal candidate will have strong academic credentials, be admitted to practice in Massachusetts, and preferably be admitted to practice in multiple states or have a desire to gain admission in additional states.

Duties:

• Handle complex litigation cases through trial
• Manage cases involving construction losses, product liability, fire losses, premises liability, and liquor liability
• Provide legal expertise and strategic guidance to clients
• Lead trial teams and coordinate case strategies
• Conduct legal research, drafting, and courtroom advocacy
• Mentor junior attorneys and support staff

Requirements:

• 7-10 years of litigation experience
• Admission to practice in Massachusetts
• Admission to practice in multiple states (preferred)

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to practice in Massachusetts
• Admission to practice in other states (preferred)
