Structure tax-sensitive estate and gift plans, with attention to minimizing liability across federal and state jurisdictions.
Guide executors and trustees through probate and trust administration processes with precision and discretion.
Collaborate with financial professionals and tax advisors to align legal advice with clients' broader financial objectives.
Continue to develop and nurture a robust practice through client referrals and professional relationships.
Between 2 to 8 years of experience practicing in trusts, estates, and related private client services.
Demonstrated ability to manage existing matters and independently generate new business through a portable book of clients.
Deep understanding of federal and state transfer tax law, estate administration, and fiduciary responsibilities.
Must be licensed and in good standing with the New Jersey State Bar.
Juris Doctor (J.D.) from a nationally accredited law school.
Strategic thinker with a client-first mindset and refined interpersonal skills.
Impeccable writing ability, capable of producing customized and highly technical legal documentation.
Strong analytical foundation with an eye for nuance in estate tax structures and multi-generational planning.
