Duties

• Lead and oversee complex family law cases from inception through resolution.
• Supervise and mentor attorneys and law clerks to ensure excellence in advocacy and client communication.
• Participate in case strategy, settlement conferences, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in court hearings, trials, appeals, and mediations throughout New York.
• Collaborate with firm leadership to identify growth opportunities and enhance client experience.
• Support firm visibility through speaking engagements and community involvement.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Admitted to practice in New York State or eligible for reciprocity.
• 5-10 years of litigation experience, with significant family and matrimonial law experience.
• Proven ability to lead and inspire legal teams.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of firm profitability.
• Excellent courtroom, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice in New York State or eligible for reciprocity.
