Advise U.S. and non-U.S. clients on cross-border wealth and estate planning matters
Develop and implement international tax-efficient structures for high-net-worth individuals and families
Assist in planning for foreign trusts, pre-immigration and expatriation, and U.S. real estate purchases by non-U.S. individuals
Advise on compliance for foreign accounts, corporations, and trusts
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams including corporate, tax, and transactional attorneys
Support multinational families and family offices with international estate planning strategies
Stay current with changes in international tax law and regulatory reporting standards
Minimum of 4 years of experience in international estate planning or cross-border tax planning
Prior experience advising both U.S. and non-U.S. taxpayers
Demonstrated ability to work with foreign trusts, international compliance, and complex family structures
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Strong client service, technical, and analytical capabilities
Ability to operate independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active member in good standing of the Bar in the jurisdiction of intended practice (required)
Deep knowledge of international tax and estate planning law
Strategic thinker with effective problem-solving abilities
Strong drafting and legal analysis skills
Capable of managing complex multi-jurisdictional client portfolios
Collaborative mindset for cross-functional teamwork
