A law firm seeks an associate with a minimum of 3 years of experience in MDL and/or consumer class action litigation for its Los Angeles, CA office. The role involves working within the Complex Commercial Litigation Practice Group, handling significant and high-stakes disputes.

Duties

• Represent clients in multidistrict litigation and consumer class actions.
• Develop and implement litigation strategies tailored to client objectives.
• Collaborate with a global team of seasoned litigators and trial lawyers.
• Engage in trial-ready strategies from the outset of each case.
• Evaluate early exit options to minimize costs, including dispositive motions and settlements.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in MDL and/or consumer class action litigation.
• Strong understanding of complex commercial litigation.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the California State Bar.
