Duties:

• Lead and supervise a dedicated team of legal and administrative staff

• Conduct case evaluations to determine legal merit and strategy

• Guide and advise clients throughout the pre-litigation process

• Review medical documentation and assess case value

• Perform legal research and prepare related documentation

• Negotiate settlements and approve resolutions during the pre-litigation phase

Requirements:

• Active license to practice law in the state of New York

• Minimum of 2 years of experience involving client communication and/or settlement negotiations

• Ability to manage a large volume of cases in a fast-paced environment

• Commitment to high-quality client service and effective case handling

• Proven ability to lead, mentor, and manage support teams

• Strong legal reasoning, communication, and advocacy skills

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the New York State Bar in good standing

Skills:
