Job Details:

Duties:

• Correspond with patent offices to provide necessary information and updates on pending patent applications.

• Conduct interviews with inventors to gather information about new ideas.

Requirements:

• Possess an advanced degree in chemical engineering or demonstrate applicable experience in the petrochemical industry.
• Have a minimum of 5 years of experience in patent prosecution.
• Exhibit superior writing skills and possess excellent academic credentials.

Certifications:

• Registered before the U.S. Patent & Trademark Office.

Skills:

• Proficient in drafting comprehensive patent applications.
• Strong communication skills to correspond effectively with patent offices and collaborate with litigation teams.
• In-depth knowledge of chemical engineering principles.
• Ability to analyze and understand complex technical and scientific information.
