Profile

Seeking Staff Attorney with 3-5 years of experience. Candidate will have a reduced billable-hour requirement and a flexible schedule. Must have an Illinois Bar license. Must have experience with creditors’ rights, bankruptcy, workouts, and restructurings. In addition, experience with all aspects of litigation, including pre-judgment relief and post-judgment collections, is strongly preferred. Must have an excellent academic record, high attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work well with a team, superior judgment, the ability to effectively handle multiple projects, and the ability to articulate legal strategies and courses of action.
