Technology Compliance Director
The candidate will be responsible for developing a targeted compliance framework addressing the laws, rules and regulations (including regulatory guidance) on these and related topics. Working closely with members of Enterprise Technology as well as the Operational Risk Department and Legal and Compliance Division in identifying and helping to address process enhancements, establishing consistent global policies and procedures and training, and working with the Compliance oversight team on monitoring/testing. Helping coordinate responses to regulatory inquiries and exams and provide input into lessons learned and culture programs. Assisting with the build out and operation of a Compliance coverage function for the Enterprise Technology Division. Liaising with Enterprise Compliance Teams and other stakeholder as an SME for Technology risks, controls, monitoring and testing. Participating in Firm-wide risk assessments processes to assess risks and controls. Producing guidance related to Technology risks and controls. Keeping abreast of regulatory changes that impact the Firm's Technology risks and controls. Assisting with gap analysis and implementation of controls for new rules. Graduate or Law degree is preferred. Experience with risk assessments, rules management and/or monitoring/testing is required.
