A respected law firm located in Las Vegas, NV, is seeking a dedicated Pre-Litigation Attorney to join its high-performing legal team. Duties:

• Serve as primary case handler for personal injury matters during the pre-litigation phase

• Oversee legal assistants, paralegals, and junior attorneys in case development and management

• Develop negotiation strategies for settlements and engage in direct client communication

• Maintain comprehensive oversight of case files, deadlines, and communications

• Facilitate team collaboration to support efficient workflows and legal service delivery

• Strategize legal direction for each assigned matter in alignment with client objectives

• Participate in routine case reviews and provide legal guidance to support staff

• Monitor and improve internal processes to maximize client satisfaction and case outcomes

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 years of experience practicing personal injury law, with pre-litigation emphasis

• Active license and good standing with the Nevada State Bar

• Demonstrated leadership skills with the ability to mentor and collaborate across teams

• Strong time management and multitasking abilities

• Proficiency with legal software and case management tools

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Nevada State Bar (active and in good standing)

Skills:

• Expertise in personal injury legal practices, especially plaintiff-side representation

• Advanced written and verbal advocacy skills

• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a dynamic legal environment

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and prioritization capabilities

• Technological fluency with legal practice tools and platforms
