Tampa office of our client seeks attorney with 4-7 years of experience in handling depositions, motion practice, court appearances, and pre-trial litigation. The candidate will handle all aspects of a case from inception through trial. Should be specializing in general liability, premises liability construction law, and construction defect actions. Trial experience and an interest in insurance coverage is a major plus.
