Duties:

• Represent clients with professionalism and empathy throughout personal injury cases.

• Assess case facts for potential new clients.

• Ensure legal processes and internal protocols are followed while clients receive medical treatment.

• Negotiate settlements and oversee final settlement disbursement.

• Perform leadership and management functions within the legal team.

Requirements:

• Must be a member of the Arizona State Bar or awaiting Character & Fitness approval.

• Experience in plaintiff personal injury law is preferred but not required.

• Ability to handle a high caseload efficiently.

• Strong written and verbal communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to establish trust and rapport with clients.

• High level of professionalism and sound business judgment.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Arizona State Bar membership or pending approval.

Skills:

• Legal negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

• Strong client relationship-building skills.

• Experience in high-volume case management.

• Litigation and settlement experience.
