Job Details:

Duties:

• Communicate with clients, opposing counsel, and the court as necessary.
• Provide legal advice and counsel on consumer financial services matters.

Requirements:

• JD degree from an accredited law school.
• 5 years of experience in consumer financial services litigation.
• Georgia Bar admission is in good standing.
• High level of academic achievement.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active admission to the Georgia Bar.
