A law firm seeks a Privacy and Cyber Litigation Associate to join their team in any of their office locations. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of significant litigation and case management experience, with a focus on privacy and cyber-related matters.

Duties

• Manage day-to-day case activities effectively.
• Lead fact investigations and develop litigation strategies.
• Research legal issues and draft pleadings, including answers and motions.
• Conduct and defend depositions confidently.
• Negotiate with opposing counsel to achieve favorable outcomes.

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of litigation and case management experience.
• Excellent academic and professional credentials.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Comfortable managing client relationships.
• Federal clerkship experience preferred.
• Experience with Fair Credit Reporting Act or privacy-related statutes is a plus.
• Good standing in the state where they wish to practice.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of practice.

Skills

• Ability to manage smaller projects with limited supervision.
• Confidently assist and manage workflow for larger projects.
