The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years of experience in government contracts and/or grants, with expertise in areas such as FAR and DFARS requirements, the Uniform Guidance, and related investigations.

Duties

• Advise clients on FAR and DFARS requirements.
• Conduct investigations involving government contracts or grants.
• Handle False Claims Act actions and bid protests.
• Resolve prime/subcontractor disputes.

Requirements

• Minimum of two years of relevant experience.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Law firm, government, or clerking experience preferred.

Education

• Juris Doctorate degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to and in good standing with the relevant bar.
