Duties

• Perform legal research and draft motions and ex parte applications.
• Draft written discovery and prepare cases for trial.
• Appear in person and remotely for client hearings and meetings throughout California.
• Attend mediation and effectively navigate the judicial process.
• Bill for all time to meet or exceed the billable hour requirement.

Requirements

• Active member of the California State Bar.
• 0 to 3 years of experience
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Proficiency in oral advocacy and technology platforms like Microsoft Office.
• Familiarity with Clio Manage is a plus.
• Commitment to firm success and values of kindness, accountability, and teamwork.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• California State Bar license.
