Duties

Requirements

• 5 to 7 years of substantive litigation experience.
• Strong legal research and writing skills.
• Experience with fact discovery and managing depositions.
• Proficiency in drafting a wide range of motions.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong academic performance and superior analytical skills.
• Clerkship experience preferred, but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the state bar.
