A reputable law firm based in Venice, FL is seeking a seasoned attorney with hands-on experience in residential real estate transactions. This role is ideal for a legal professional who excels in title review, document drafting, and client-facing communication. Duties:

• Examine and resolve title issues in residential property matters

• Draft and review legal instruments such as deeds, leases, and purchase agreements

• Facilitate and conduct real estate closings

• Advise clients on property-related legal obligations and implications

• Maintain compliance with relevant local and state laws

• Collaborate with realtors, lenders, and other parties to ensure transaction success

• Negotiate deal terms and address legal hurdles during the transaction process

• Conduct legal research and apply findings to real property law contexts

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of focused experience in real estate law

• Demonstrated responsiveness and strong interpersonal communication

• Skilled in client interaction and stakeholder relationship management

• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving skills in title resolution

• Licensed Notary Public in Florida

• Must hold an active license to practice law in the State of Florida

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school

Certifications:

• An active member of the Florida Bar

Skills:

• Expertise in reviewing and clearing real estate titles

• Proficiency in drafting and evaluating legal contracts and closing documents

• In-depth understanding of residential real estate practices and procedures

• Ability to manage client expectations while navigating complex legal scenarios

• Strong time management and organizational abilities

• Capable of working both independently and collaboratively

• Fluent in conducting closings and managing volume-based workflows
