POSITION SUMMARY:

Calvin Klein is seeking a digital strategist to join the North America Marketing team as Senior Coordinator, Digital Strategy. The position is to supports all North America digital initiatives across strategic, creative and analytical touch points, with a strong focus on E-Commerce. This position will integrate the regional marketing objectives into all digital initiatives across site, CRM, media, etc.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES/ACCOUNTABILITIES OF THE JOB:

  • Collaborate with Integrated Marketing team to incorporate regional product priorities into digital solutions

  • Supports E-commerce team with asset overviews that illustrates which images feature styles that were invested in by E-Commerce

  • Supports Amazon business with clear brand objectives and asset guidance for all categories

  • Supports Global Social team with digital toolkits linking to CK.com such as product names, deliveries, landing pages, and performance recaps

  • Ensures synergy between messaging and customer experience across marketing and shopping on CK.com through brief management

  • Provides guidance to media team on product/asset priorities, channel mix and customer journey

  • Develops segmentation strategies based on both acquisition and retention goals

  • Gathers and translates customer insights into actionable milestones for the digital business

  • Reports on regional digital performance across channels as part of larger global reports

  • Supports on all bespoke digital projects from start-to-finish and is able to pick up new skill sets accordingly

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

● 2-3 years of experience in a digital role across marketing, project management,

analytics, or strategy

● In-house experience at a large retail brand is preferred

● Understands the creative workflow from ideation, creation to execution across channels

● Has general knowledge of key E-Commerce KPIs such as traffic, revenue, conversion rate, transactions, AOV, sell-through

        

Education:

  • 4-year degree, preferably in the marketing or communications field

Skills:   

● Has understanding of the attribution and uplift between marketing and E-Commerce performance

● Uses a brand marketing lens while also having an analytical approach to strategies and problem solving

● Process-oriented and able to make new ways-of-working suggestions
