Duties

• Provide legal advice in domestic and international business contexts.

• Represent companies and investors in transactions and disputes.

• Handle litigation, arbitration, and mediation proceedings.

• Maintain regular client contact and take on early responsibility.

Requirements

• Completion of two national bar examinations.

• New attorney or experienced practitioner in relevant legal areas.

• Business-level fluency in written and spoken English.

• Chinese language skills preferred.

• Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (or equivalent legal degree depending on jurisdiction).

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in applicable national jurisdiction(s).

Skills

• Cross-cultural communication and client management.

• Strong legal research and drafting proficiency.

• Willingness to assume responsibility early.

• Ability to manage cases independently and as part of a team.

• Professional fluency in English; Chinese proficiency a plus.
