Duties:

• Offer expert legal advice to clients, evaluating their needs and determining the best course of action for each case.
• Work closely with support staff to deliver exceptional client service and ensure a seamless experience throughout the legal process.
• Manage a substantial caseload of 100+ personal injury cases, ensuring efficient progress and timely resolution.
• Negotiate pre-suit settlements with the goal of securing the highest possible compensation for clients.
• Guide clients through available legal options, formulating case strategies aimed at successful outcomes.
• Maintain open and effective communication with clients, ensuring they are kept informed throughout the process.
• Represent clients in court, as needed, presenting compelling arguments and advocating for their best interests.
• Continuously analyze case details, devise tailored solutions, and adjust strategies as needed to drive success.

Requirements:

• At least 2 years of experience practicing law, with a preference for experience in personal injury cases.
• Proven ability to handle a high volume of cases while ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining efficiency.
• Experience in negotiating settlements and representing clients in court proceedings.
• Familiarity with legal software, such as Litify, is advantageous.
• Active membership with the South Carolina Bar and in good standing.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• South Carolina Bar Membership, in good standing.

• Excellent research and legal writing skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
