• 0-15 years of experience in workers' compensation law.
• Strong negotiation and advocacy skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in legal research and case management software.
• Attention to detail and high-quality legal service commitment.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Compassion for injured workers and dedication to justice.

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree
