Location

Duties

• Manage and expand a personal or team-based portfolio of IP clients

• Provide strategic counsel in patent or trademark matters across various industries

• Draft, file, and prosecute U.S. and international patent or trademark applications

• Advise clients on IP strategy, enforcement, licensing, and litigation matters

• Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals across practice areas

• Participate in business development and firm leadership activities

Requirements

• Existing portable book of business (required)

• Proven ability to maintain and grow client relationships

• Desire for a long-term partnership opportunity within a boutique firm environment

• Interest in contributing to a collaborative and entrepreneurial team culture

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school (for attorney applicants)

• Technical or scientific background for patent practitioners is preferred

Certifications

• Admission to the USPTO (for patent attorneys or agents)

• Active license to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction (for attorneys)
