Duties

• Engage in initial strategy and investigation phases.
• Complete litigation matters efficiently.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of employment litigation experience.
• High-quality analytical and writing skills.

• Passion for medical liberty and civil rights protection.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
