A law firm seeks a highly motivated Counsel to join its Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Practice Group in Raleigh, NC. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in business, commercial creditor's rights, insolvency, and related litigation.

Duties

• Prepare Federal and State legal documents, including pleadings and discovery documents.
• Research and analyze law sources such as statutes and judicial decisions.
• Prepare for and attend trials, hearings, and depositions to support other attorneys.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Licensed or eligible for immediate licensure in North Carolina.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in North Carolina.

Skills

• Strong research and analytical skills.
• Proficiency in preparing legal documents.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
