Job Details:

• Provide competent legal advice to clients in hearings, settlement negotiations, and mediation.
• Conduct meetings with clients, draft legal documents and pleadings, conduct research, and manage discovery processes.
• Manage a caseload of clients and lead a team effectively.
• Maintain consistent communication with both the legal team and clients.
• Hold a valid license in good standing with the North Carolina State Bar (Licensed in South Carolina is a plus).
• Possess a minimum of 4 years of experience working in a civil litigation law firm.
• Demonstrate a deep understanding of Local Rules and their application to cases.
• Work independently on cases while effectively maintaining a client base.
• Exhibit exemplary interpersonal and communication skills, particularly in high-stress and emotional situations.
• Maintain professionalism while displaying empathy towards all clients.
• Demonstrate creativity and the ability to think outside of the box.
• Showcase organizational skills to handle caseloads efficiently.
• Possess energy, self-motivation, and the ability to solve problems and identify solutions.
• Actively participate as a member of the community.
