Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in trust and estate litigation cases, including contested wills, trust disputes, breach of fiduciary duty claims, and elder financial abuse matters

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, and prepare persuasive motions, briefs, and settlement agreements

• Handle court appearances, depositions, mediation sessions, and negotiations to protect client interests

• Work closely with clients to develop case strategies, assess risks, and provide clear legal guidance

• Collaborate with financial advisors, estate planners, and other legal professionals to ensure comprehensive representation

• Manage all stages of litigation, from initial case assessment through trial or resolution

Qualifications & Requirements:

• 1 to 6 years of experience in litigation, preferably in trust, estate, or probate disputes

• Strong knowledge of California probate and trust law

• Exceptional legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills

• Ability to handle multiple cases efficiently while maintaining high attention to detail

• Admitted to practice law in California and be in good standing with the State Bar

Education & Certifications:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school

• Active California Bar License
