Job Overview

A law firm seeks an experienced litigation attorney at the Partner or Associate level to join their team in Evansville, Indiana. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of civil litigation experience, including managing cases from initial investigation through trial.

Duties

• Manage cases from initial investigation through discovery and trial.
• Conduct motion practice and participate in mediation/settlement negotiations.
• Litigate matters in both state and federal courts.

Requirements

• 2-5 years of civil litigation experience.
• Experience in state and federal court litigation preferred.
• Familiarity with business, commercial, tort, construction, insurance, or other complex civil disputes is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor Degree.

Certifications

• Bar admission in the state of Indiana.
