Location:

Duties:

• Assist in representing insurance clients in first-party property litigation matters

• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery, and settlement agreements

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and pre-trial proceedings

• Collaborate closely with experienced attorneys on case strategy and client updates

• Develop litigation skills through hands-on mentoring and continuous feedback

• Work toward independently managing cases from inception through trial over time

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Active license to practice law in Florida

• 1 to 10 years of experience in first-party property or insurance defense litigation preferred

• Strong writing, research, and analytical skills

• Effective time management and organization

• Professional demeanor and a desire to build a long-term legal career

• Steady and consistent work history is valued

Certifications:

• Admitted and in good standing with The Florida Bar

Skills:

• Litigation support and legal document drafting
