A nationally recognized law firm is seeking a Mid-Level Associate Attorney to join its Product Liability practice group. This role is based in Indianapolis office and offers the opportunity to engage in complex, high-profile litigation within a collaborative, fast-paced, and nationally scaled legal team. Duties

• Manage federal and state civil litigation matters from inception through resolution

• Handle all stages of discovery, including fact and expert witness development

• Draft and argue procedural, evidentiary, and dispositive motions

• Participate in court hearings, pretrial conferences, and trials

• Communicate with clients, co-counsel, and opposing counsel

• Assist in case strategy development and litigation planning

• Maintain organized case files and ensure timely filings and responses

• Contribute to mentoring and training within the litigation team, as appropriate

Requirements

• 5–9 years of civil litigation experience, preferably in product liability and/or personal injury defense

• Prior experience managing multiple litigation matters simultaneously

• Ability to independently handle complex discovery and motion practice

• Demonstrated courtroom experience preferred

• Excellent organizational, time management, and communication skills

• Desire and commitment to pursue partnership track

Education

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited U.S. law school

• Strong academic credentials required

Certifications

• Active bar admission in Indiana, or eligibility to gain admission promptly
