Location:

Duties:

• Handle complex commercial litigation matters from inception to resolution

• Conduct in-depth legal research and draft high-quality memoranda, motions, and briefs

• Represent clients in court proceedings and during settlement negotiations

• Work closely with partners and clients to develop case strategies

• Manage case files, discovery, and litigation processes effectively

• Collaborate with colleagues across departments for integrated legal solutions

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of commercial litigation and/or judicial clerkship experience

• Demonstrated success in handling complex litigation matters

• Excellent oral and written communication skills

• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple deadlines

• Prior experience working in a large law firm environment is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Strong academic credentials preferred

Certifications:

• Active and good standing membership with the New York State Bar
